Life
Hi. I went to RCC after graduation, and got married to Diann in 1978 (Owatonna HS 1976). We both finished degrees at UW-La Crosse in 1982: she in Accounting, and me in Music Education. We moved to Madison, WI, where we still live. I completed a Master's and Ph.D in Musicology (specialty in medieval music) at UW-Madison, and taught part-time at UW-Madison and UW-Milwaukee b...Expand for more
efore joining the faculty of UW-Whitewater in 1996. I am currently Associate Professor of Music and the Chair of the Music Department. I also work as a professional trombonist (Madison Symphony Orchestra, etc.) and as a freelance writer. Diann and I have one son, Jeff, who is a Junior in Elementary Education at UW-Whitewater.
